I get this error : “Unknown (Enabled) – The children pool member(s) either don’t have service checking enabled, or service check results are not available yet ” . Is there mandatory to set a pool and pool members to the virtual server ?

There is no need to set a pool. In that case its completely normal to get that error (i get it too) and it has no impact.
